Return Policy

Returns

Pro Coatings offers returns within 30 days of the date the order was delivered. Items must be unopened, unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser.

To request a return authorization, email info@procoatingsllc.com.

We will email you a return authorization approval and instructions. Be sure to include your order number or receipt so we know who you are. Please package the items you are returning carefully so they do not get damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following items gift cards, and special order products. If you have questions about whether an item can be returned, please contact us.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, request a return for your current item. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

International Orders

We are not currently shipping retail orders internationally. International dealer enquiries are welcome.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
